Frankie VanHorn
Frankie VanHorn is an activist in Pensacola, Florida that started a program called the Junior Humane Society. The purpose of the organization was to give children in an inner city school the opportunity to help animals. Frankie VanHorn read that many abusive adults learned that behavior when they were children by abusing animals. She feels that if children can learn to respect and take care of animals that they will take care of their own children better in the future.
